March was a very good month for price per square foot in our housing market, according to Movoto.

Those signs of a housing recovery just became a bit brighter.

According to the latest State of the Real Estate Market report from online research firm Movoto, price per square foot in Miami’s marketplace rose an astounding 17.6 percent year-over-year; that was among the strongest increases of all the markets tracked by Movoto.
