Opulence International Realty (OIR), a South Florida-based real estate brokerage and development firm, has recently announced it’s brand-new partnership with BOND New York, a full service real estate brokerage firm.

OIR will add BOND’s New York City experts to help them sell properties in the area, and BOND will gain access to OIR’s extensive network of clients in Latin America and South Florida looking to invest in New York properties. The partnership will allow both firms to expand their cliental and gain knowledge about the other’s market. As an added bonus, BOND will be able to offer New York investors with pre-construction and investment opportunities down South.
