ONE Sotheby’s International Realty to Host Tweet Chat on the Evolution of Downtown Miami

4 December 2010 No Comment

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty will bring real estate into the Twittersphere with a new trending topic – downtown Miami’s current market.

Often viewed as the hub of the real estate downturn, downtown Miami has proven to be incredibly resilient. Developers adapted, infrastructure came in and the number of downtown residents has grown an estimated 81 percent since 2000. The firm is shedding light upon the subject while also further expanding its social media presence. The chosen hashtag for the chat is #MiamiRealEChat.
