On Sunday, Oct. 26, Claudio Stivelman and Marc Schmulian of S2 Development and their joint venture partners Andres Klein and Ian Ludmir of BHLK US Investments hosted a BBQ at their 41 unit-water front development, O Residences in Bay Harbor. Brokers, developers and neighboring guests were able to partake in paddle boarding sessions and through their partnership with Carefree Boat Club guests were also able to engage in boating activities.
