Master Brokers Forum recently welcomed five new members to its Miami-Dade chapter. Matt Crane of Majestic Properties, Jeffrey Davidson of The Ron Rosen Group, Peggy Fucci with OneWorld Properties, William Hodges of EWM Realtors and Gabriel Markovich with Decorus Realty were inducted into the organization, which is comprised of the top residential real estate agents in South Florida.
Master Brokers Forum (MBF) was established in 1993 to provide its members with opportunities to network and exchange ideas, stay informed about the industry’s newest products, practice professionalism and address issues that impact the South Florida market. With three chapters in South Florida—Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach—membership to the organization is by invitation only and is limited to the most successful agents in the industry.
Matt Crane has worked in the real estate industry for nearly 10 years. With clients all over the world, he refined his skills and expertise while working in New York City. Crane is now based in Miami and works for Majestic properties, but holds active broker licenses in both Florida and New York. Crane has an undying work ethic that contributes to his success. In addition, he has an informed approach to marketing, stellar customer service and a talent for negotiation.
Jeffrey Davidson, The Ron Rosen Group
Jeffrey Davidson of The Ron Rosen Group has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a multimillion dollar producer with a wealth of knowledge in both residential and commercial markets. In 2013, Davidson generated more than $25 million in sales volume. Prior to founding The Ron Rosen Group, Davidson worked for Coldwell Banker, where he received numerous awards including the Sterling Award, the Diamond Award, President’s Circle and Top Sales Associate Award. In addition, Davidson is an active member of the Miami Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Peggy Fucci, OneWorld Properties
Peggy Fucci is the president and CEO of OneWorld Properties and has more than 15 years of experience in the luxury real estate market. In her career she has overseen the management of multiple departments in some of the top real estate firms in South Florida, including hospitality sales, investor relations, human resources and public relations, and she has been credited with multiple awards. OneWorld Properties, founded in 2008, is a full service real estate brokerage firm that specializes in the sales and marketing of luxury condominiums around the world. The company prides itself on its knowledgeable team, community connections and most importantly, exceptional customer service. Currently OneWorld is representing three exclusive properties launching in the next two years: Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach Residences, Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach and Brickell Ten.
William Hodges is a realtor with EWM Realty International and has almost 15 years of experience in the industry. Before joining EWM Realty International in 2009, Hodges worked with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and RE/MAX. Hodges is a multi million-dollar producer and has expertise in luxury real estate, transactions, short sales, investment properties and buyer representation. He is also a member of EWM Chairman’s Club. His areas of specialty in Florida are Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Brickell, Miami Shores and Aventura. Hodges provides his clients with outstanding advice and guidance during the home buying process. His professionalism, organization and skills for negotiation help make for a smooth transaction each and every time.
William Hodges, EWM Realty International
Gabriel Markovich, Decorus Realty
Gabriel Markovich is a managing partner and broker with Decorus Realty. With nearly 15 years of experience, he has expertise in sales, development, business management and investments. Previously with Related Cervera Realty Services, Markovich was involved with the opening and sellout of 15 buildings and hundreds of millions of dollars in sales. With Davd Kostner, Markovich opened Decorus Realty in 2011 to create a “one-stop shop” for luxury real estate, offering high tech services for real estate, investments, and property and asset management.
