The bayfront mansion of Enrique Iglesias just sold for $6,722,500.

The custom-built, waterfront mansion of singer/songwriter, Enrique Iglesias, has sold for $6,722,500 in Bay Point – one of South Florida’s most prestigious communities. Located at 4411 Sabal Palm Road, the home is currently the highest-priced listing sold per-square-foot in the private neighborhood.

Esther Percal of EWM Realty/Christie’s International Real Estate represented Iglesias. Robert Evangelista of One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer, who remains undisclosed.
