Douglas Elliman Real Estate welcomes Sarah Mahoney and Joan Wenzel to its company. Mahoney will take the role as broker associate and Wenzel will serve as Director of Luxury Sales.

Mahoney graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history from University of Virginia and she is also a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County. She joins with more than 25 years of experience. She received her 23-year tenure working at The Breakers as the one site developer. In 2012, she joined the Corcoran Group. One of her many achievements is selling 44 percent of Breakers West, which is the equivalent of 500 properties totaling $200 million.

“I am honored to be joining such a prestigious company and plan to utilize my knowledge and expertise to become an integral member of the talented Palm Beach team,” Mahoney said. “Douglas Elliman is the leading real estate company in South Florida and I look forward contributing to the further growth of the firm.”

Wenzel received her undergraduate and Master’s degree in painting from New York University. Before moving to Florida she had 11 solo exhibits in New York. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the luxury real estate market. She has worked with The Corcoran Group and Fite Shavell. Wenzel brings her creativity and her knowledge of marketing and technology to Elliman.
