Miami based agency ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has welcomed real estate duo Iain Montford and Carlos Garcia. The duo will work out of ONE Sotheby’s South of Fifth location, and will specialize in the Miami Beach, downtown Miami and Sunny Isles area.

One Sotheby’s International Realty has expanded its franchise and joined forces with Lorusso Realty Inc., to open a new office in Miami’s financial district.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, including the past two years at the International Sales Group (ISG), Sandra Dominguez was named manager of ISGWest, ISG’s newest office. Dominiguez was responsible for selling over $50 million in luxury condos during her first year with ISG.

Founder of Sigurdsson Schechter Luxury Real Estate, Bragi Sigurdsson, recently joined One Sotheby’s International Realty, one of South Florida’s most luxurious real estate firms. Sigurdsson will be working out of One Sotheby’s new South of Fifth office in Miami Beach as a broker associate.

One Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced that, top agent Debbie Blasberg will be joining its team of associates as an exclusive sales agent for Bellini Williams Island located in Aventura. Bellini Williams Island is the first pre-construction development to break ground in South Florida in 2011 and the last residential site on Williams Island.

Nelly Macias is the newest member of the global luxury real estate brokerage, Zilbert International Realty team.
