O Residences – New pre-construction condo on Bay Harbour Island
S2 Development, along with its joint venture partner BHLK US Investments, finalized its relationship with Carefree Boat Club, a premier boat club operator and membership club in the United States and Canada, and its development in Bay Harbor—O Residences.
This partnership grants homeowners at the nine-story, 41-unit waterfront development access to a range of boats through an online system that allows residents to book their boat excursions at their leisure. With access to a range of boats, residents in O Residence can partake in a unique recreational water activity without dealing with the hassle of maintaining a boat.
“Through this partnership, we will be able to cater to the unique needs of our residents as the only development offering this exclusive relationship with Carefree Boat,” said Claudio Stivelman, CEO of S2 Development.
Residents will be able to pick from a range of boats from 19 to 27 ft., that come equipped with Sea Tow services, insurance and a free training by a qualified boat captain to ensure guests understand how to operate the water vessel properly. The fleet of boats will be held at Hi Lift Marina in Aventura or residents have the luxury of having the boats delivered to O Residences.

In addition to this amenity, O Residences offers homeowners two parking levels with one assigned parking space per resident, hot tubs throughout the property, a zero- edge pool, fitness facility with state-of-the-art equipment and steam room, bay front water deck, glass paneled terraces, boat dock, water sports such as kayaking, paddle boarding and canoes, and 24-hour security, valet and front desk services. Additionally, each residence is “smart” technology ready, allowing them to communicate effortlessly with the valet, security or front desk at the touch of a button.
O Residences is located on the Bay Harbor Islands, just steps away from upscale restaurants and a very short walk from the beaches in Bal Harbour and the highly desirable shopping and dining at the world-renowned Bal Harbour Shops. Residences range o from 1,060 to 1,466 sq. ft., offering one, two and three bedroom units with breathtaking and pristine water views from every angle of the development. Units range in price from approximately $550k to just over $1 M.
The O Residences are planned for ground breaking by the end of 2014 and are projected to be completed in early/mid 2016. The Real Estate Club, led by Ian Ludmir, is handling sales and marketing for the project.
