What was your first job in the realty industry? Agent.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Cruise the Caribbean.
Where did you grow up? San Francisco, Calif.
Growing up, what did you want to be? A divorce attorney.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Audrey Hepburn. I would love to have a long lunch with her in New York. She seems so lady like and sophisticated. Obviously we would both be wearing pearls.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? South of Fifth in South Beach. I love the neighborhood and also live down here.
What do you love most about the industry? I love meeting new people. The best part about being an agent is interacting with such a colorful array of people on a daily basis.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I feel what makes me stand out from other agents is my drive and motivation. I pour my heart and soul into my work, and provide my customers with everything they would possibly want. This includes pricing and the ideal life style they are looking for in a new home.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Rentals!
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I find myself meeting a lot of new clients at art shows. Also, I have picked up many new clients via social media and believe it or not…HAPPY HOUR. Sometimes sitting at an upscale lounge in Brickell with a glass of wine and a cheese plate is a great place to start a conversation with someone new.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Changing career paths and getting my real estate license.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? San Andreas. Great movie. After watching it I am glad I no longer live in San Francisco.
What is your favorite restaurant? Prime 112 – hands down. Any restaurant that brings a glass full of thick cut bacon to the table is an A+ in my book.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? It is not yet built, but the Paramount at Miami World Center is going to be my favorite hands down.
What kind of car do you drive? Cadillac ATS.

What is your favorite city after Miami? Los Angeles.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Stick with it! This takes time!
