What was your first job in the realty industry? My first Job was working at Coldwell Banker with Nancy Hogan.
Where did you grow up? I grew up in Bogota, Colombia.
What is your favorite free-time activity? My free-time activity is Paddle Boarding.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? When I’m stressed, love to swim in the ocean, do yoga or bike ride around the beach.
Growing up, what did you want to be? I want it to be an actress.
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? I would love to have lunch with Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra. I would like to learn from him how he inspired his team to be the best. Would love to learn his leadership skills.
Where is your favorite place to hang out? Canyon Ranch Spa.
What do you love most about the industry? The interaction with people and learning, everyday, about something new.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I succeed by providing my clients the best possible service/responsiveness/honestly/fairness. I take pride in taking care of my clients’ units.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Balancing work with personal life.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Referrals are my biggest source of new clients.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? My greatest accomplishment was to help a next door neighbor get his dream apartment in South Florida.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I love all Indian Movies, love Bollywood.
What is your favorite restaurant? I LOVE MILOS, MICHAELS AND MAKOTO.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Houston? Canyon Ranch.

What is your favorite city after Miami? NYC, but only for a weekend.
