What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? I love going to the beach, it is definitely my happy place. I bring a good book with me and it helps me unwind.

Where did you grow up? I have been a South Florida resident for over 16 years. I grew up in the area, which makes me very familiar with the area and neighborhoods. This provides me a tremendous advantage when it comes to product knowledge.

Growing up, what did you want to be? Growing up, I knew I wanted to help others. This is exactly what I do now, help others find their perfect home. There is just a special feeling that comes with knowing you’ve made other people happy.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? I love the beach. Whether it be water activities or taking my pup to the dog beach, I really just adore the water.

What do you love most about the industry? Real estate is one of the most unpredictable industries. That’s what makes being an agent so exciting, you never really know what to expect next or who you will meet.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? In a city where everyone is running 30 minutes late, I pride myself in being a punctual agent. I’m always 30 minutes early to everything.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Nothing is difficult when you love what you do.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? A vast variety of networking events.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? For me, going to school. Education is very important.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “Good to Great” by Jim Collins is a fantastic book. I highly recommend it.

What is your favorite restaurant? Spiga on South Beach is phenomenal. It has a cozy feel and superb service.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Miami? Being an art lover, the Adrienne Arsht Center is spectacular.

What kind of car do you drive? A red Infinity G35x. It’s sporty yet spacious.

Smartphone or paper? This is the age of technology – smartphone all the way!

What is your favorite city after Miami? I’m a very fast-paced person, so naturally New York. I love the hustle and bustle of the big apple!

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Be tenacious and have patience.

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? The Realtor app is a good one.
