Esslinger∙Wooten∙Maxwell Realty International welcomed eight new associates; Daniel Aumann, Ben Brissi, Mel Collins, Janette Paez, Jennifer Pak, Esther Peart, Patricia Vera and Xiu Na Wang to its Aventure Branch.

Each associate comes to the EWM Realty with a unique back-story. Daniel Aumann is a Dominican Republic native who has spent 10 years in Florida. Aumann worked as an internet marketer in Port St. Lucie and boasts 12 years of real estate experience.

Ben Brissi is originally from Israel and attended The George Washington University. Brissi has five years of real estate experience, formerly serving as President of Brissi Group, a real estate company in Manhattan. Mel Collins is a Germany native who has spent 30 years in Florida and was the CEO of Persuade, Inc. in Aventure.

Janette Paez hails from South Florida. Prior to joining EWM, Paez was the Senior Pricing Analyst for Seaboard Marine. Originally from South Korea, Jennifer Pak has spent 36 years in Florida and adventurously became the co-owner of a food truck in Miami. Born in China, Xiu Na Wong has lived in Florida for nine years where she worked as a Chinese tutor in Aventura.

Esther Peartco is a Miami Beach native who owned Renetti Shoes, Inc. for 20 years. Peartco is currently president of the Sisterhood at Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center. Patricia Vera, born in Colombia, has lived in Florida for 34 years where she worked as a realtor associate for Engel & Völkers in Bal Harbour. Vera has nine years of real estate experience.
