by Peter Thomas Ricci

We want to know what’s really going on in the real estate industry. What are the hot-button topics today? And, most importantly, what’s really true about agents? Make your voice heard by taking our Truth About Agents survey. All responses to this survey will be kept anonymous and this survey will take you less than 10 minutes to fill out – what are you waiting for?

Also, though we welcome reader comments, don’t forget to take the survey before sharing your comments! You do not have to answer all questions in order to submit this survey.

I am the Broker of Prudential Bishop Realty. I would be happy to share my

  • Javier Olmedo says:

After 8.4 years at a 100% commission company, I decided one day to finally make the plunge and after countless interviews with CB, EWM and the likes I settled in at KW and it has made a huge difference in my life and my business.

  • Maggie Dokic says:

I completed the survey but it has a couple of technical errors.

Because all questions must be answered, the question about the split renegotiation being A. Higher or B. Lower MUST be answered, even if you did not renegotiate a split. It should have a 3rd choice: C. N/A. As it stands you will have every respondent answering Higher or Lower just to be able to submit the survey.

Additionally the question “Where do you get your training?” does not allow you to check more than one answer, so I was forced to select only the one I use most frequently.

Thanks for keeping a pulse on the local agents!

  • Howard Leitner says:

    Thank you

  • Diego Leiva says:

I’m a broker at KW and frankly after been in this industry for almost 10 years, I have not seen a better compensation/opportunity offer better than KW is offering, in addition it is a pleasure to work within the KW culture and entrepreneurial environment.
