Key International and 13th Floor Investments recently began demolition of the current structure in order to break ground on 1010 Brickell, the most highly amenitized luxury condominium announced for Brickell and slated for completion early 2017. Guests were invited not only to watch the demolition get underway on the luxury condominium that is nearly sold out, but to also preview the latest Key International and 13th Floor Investments joint venture – The Harbour.

Partygoers sipped signature cocktails while dancing to beats from Mona Music and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres from the 1010 Brickell ice sculpture raw bar.
